After spending 15 years climbing the corporate ladder, I made the bold decision to leave that world behind. The turning point came with the birth of my daughter when I realized I could no longer endure the consumerist cycle of earning more, needing more, buying more, and sinking deeper into this cycle.
TRAVELMOMDOTCOM was born out of this personal challenge, which I believe many parents can relate to. As a new mother, I found myself trapped in a relentless cycle: working harder to earn more, needing more to support our lifestyle, and inevitably buying more, which led to even more debt. The demands of my corporate career left me exhausted, with little time or money to truly relax, explore, and connect with my family and the world.
Determined to break free from this cycle, I embraced a life of simplicity, freedom, and deep connection through travel. I started TravelMomDotCom to share my journey and to help other families find the same sense of liberation and joy that I discovered.
